Certiphi Screening releases new webcast examining New York City's Fair Chance Act
The latest installment of our compliance webcast series "Compliance to Consider: Issues, Impact and Action," examines one of the country's strongest fair chance hiring laws – New York City's Fair Chance Act.
Presented by Sadeq Khan, Certiphi Screening's chief compliance officer/deputy general counsel, our new webcast covers the following aspects of the Fair Chance Act:
- The Act's various requirements including requirements that apply at the pre and post-offer stages, as well as exceptions provided by the Act;
