Simplified Student Screening
Our secure online system allows students to easily enter all the information required to perform the background check.
The student screening process is driven by ApplicationStation: Student Edition. Through any secure Internet connection, the student completes the online application and authorizes the background check through electronic signature technology. The system also allows the student to provide payment for the background check online, if applicable.
Process

Step One: Applications are created. We create your online application(s) and authorizations based on either your existing forms or our standard model. |

Step Two: An invitation link is sent to the student. Upon acceptance or other triggering events you define, the student receives a link containing a code directing them to the application of your choice. |

Step Three: Student completes application. The student is guided through the application with an intuitive wizard, including multiple data validation points. If applicable, the student provides payment for the background check online. |

Step Four: Information is processed. Within moments of the student submitting their information, Certiphi Screening processes the background check. Any negative findings are fully verified to ensure the highest levels of accuracy. |

Step Five: Background check distributed. Based on your preferences, the completed background check is either released directly to the student, to the school or to both simultaneously. |
